HURBE at Glance


Healthy URBan Environment Developing Higher Education in Architecture and Construction in Bosnia and Herzegovina - HURBE- is a National Joint Project in the KA2‌ ‌–‌ ‌‌Cooperation‌ ‌for‌ ‌innovation‌ ‌and‌ ‌the‌ exchange‌ ‌of‌ ‌good‌ ‌practices‌ ‌–‌ ‌‌Capacity‌ ‌ Building‌ ‌in‌ ‌the‌ ‌field‌ ‌of‌ ‌Higher‌ ‌Education‌, co-funded by the Erasmus + Programme of the EU starting from 2018 since 2021.
HURBE aims to develop the curricula in Higher Education Institutions in the field of Healthy URBan
Environment in the Faculties of Architecture and Construction in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH). The project involves 6 Universities - Dzemal Bijedic University of Mostar; University of Sarajevo,University of Zenica; Sapienza University of Rome, Italy (coordinator); University of Zagreb, Faculty of Architecture, Croatia; University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy, Bulgaria -  and 5 Associate partners from Italy, Bulgaria, Croatia and BiH and it works on the modernisation of curriculum by developing new and innovative courses and installing new laboratories.
