Call for papers
The conference invites researchers, professionals, and experts to submit their scientific studies, accomplished projects, and teaching experiences within the three thematic areas. The conference welcomes theoretical and practice oriented contributions addressing topics in one or some of the following countries: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Italy, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Romania, Serbia, and Slovenia.
Authors are invited to send an abstract of up to 300 words, with 3-5 keywords and 3 main references in English until 29 March 2021, through the platform:
Each author can submit only one abstract individually plus one in a group of authors.
The Author/s will specify the thematic area:
Papers without indication of the thematic area, the type of contribution, or the specific topic will not be taken into consideration.

The submitted paper must highlight
The papers are evaluated according to the following scale: Accepted – Accepted with minor modifications – Accepted with major modifications – Not accepted.
Authors will integrate the comments and observations of the reviewers and the final paper must be delivered before 10 September 2021. The texts, bibliographical references, images, and notes must comply with the "Regulations for Authors", shown on the platform website.

The submitted paper must highlight
- approach and/or methodology;
- results: analytical, propositional, and debate aspects;
- originality: explaining what is expressed again and for whom;
- limits of research and significant developments;
- cultural, practical and/or socio-economic implications (when present);
- reference research, the relevance of the topic, subjects involved.

Paper Presentation
The Author/s selected will present their paper in 15 minutes during the Conference. The Conference will be held in Sarajevo, Faculty of Architecture on 4-5 October 2021. The Conference Committees will offer the possibility of attending and presenting online for interested authors. Further information will follow in the following months through the platform.Proceeding book “HURBE 2021”
The admitted works will be published in the book of proceedings HURBE 2021 which will be published with ISBN and in an open-source modality. Published papers may be indexed by Scopus / Web of Science. The attendance conference and the publication is free of charge for the authors.For any information: Hurbe2021.sapienza@uniroma1.it
